Pre-order payments are taken at the time of purchase. Pre-order items are dispatched after the official release date, once stock has been received and prepared for shipping. Tracking is provided after dispatch, and you may request cancellation before dispatch in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.

Yes. For eligible online purchases, UK customers normally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer law. We also offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns and Refund Policy. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items remain covered by your statutory rights.
